报告摘要:

Track-etched polymer nanopore has been developed in a wide variety of potential applications for its particular character mimicking biological ion channels. Surface charge distribution is crucial factor to determine the transport property inside nanopores. Atomic layer deposition (ALD) an effective method modify nanoscale systems by depositing thin films. With ALD films growth, surface substrate covered confined regions. Hence, we can apply track-modifying nanopores, focusing on the fabricatiion of nanopores and their applications, including single-molecule sensing, nanofluidic devices others.
