报告摘要:

Upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) converts infrared radiation to visible luminescence and hold promising applications in biodetection, deep tissue imaging, multimodal therapies and solar cells. During last decade, the UCNPs have been significantly improved in synthesis, transfer efficiency, morphology, photo properties and surfaces. This talk will briefly introduce what UCNPs is, the new progress of UCNPs and our works on upconversion luminescence enhancements, luminescence lifetime tuning and morphology control in Advanced Cytometry lab, ARC Centre of Excellence for Nanoscale BioPhotonics (CNBP).
